Creating a warehouse topology
- We divide the warehouse into zones closely related to the business processes of processing and routing goods in order to ensure the most efficient use of warehouse resources.
- Warehouse zoning allows you to create conditions for the organization of the operational movement of goods in the warehouse, consistent and coordinated actions of employees in accordance with functional duties. With this approach, even a new employee will be able to quickly start their work without errors.
We formalize warehouse logistics processes
- We form the sequence of the main warehouse operations: acceptance, marking, placement, selection, shipment, inventory.
- We determine the necessary additional operations: weighing, checking the integrity, sorting, repacking, feeding, order picking, palletizing, shipment control and other operations.
We automate accounting
We implement software products and refine the standard functionality of the solution in order to automate key and auxiliary warehouse business processes:
- Acceptance, placement;
- Routing the movement of goods;
- Replenishment, selection;
- Inventory, movements;
- Processing of defective goods;
- Marking, label printing;
- Returns processing;
- Billing.
Conducting an inventory of the warehouse
If necessary, we conduct a joint inventory of goods in the warehouse, during which we verify the data on the actual availability of goods with the data in the accounting system.
Based on the results of the work, the customer receives a diagram and description of the inventory business process, as well as instructions for users of the accounting system and warehouse employees. Documentation is applied on a regular basis in order to ensure ongoing control.
The result of a joint inventory is the reflection of reliable data in the accounting system.
